Spend more than R900 and receive free door-to-door delivery within qualifying Gauteng Local delivery areas when ordering through the website or software.

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Delivery Times
Printing and shipping times are calculated from receipt of payment and all the information required to process your order.
Once your order has been completed, door-to-door delivery generally takes 3–5 working days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5–7 working days.
For Pargo collection, Local and Major City deliveries generally take 3–5 working days, while Regional and Outlying Area deliveries may take approximately 7 working days.

What are considered major cities?
Major city centres include Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, East London, Kimberley and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
What happens if my order is under R900?
Orders under R900 do not qualify for free Gauteng Local delivery. You can select one of our available paid delivery options, including Pargo collection from R90.
Do courier charges differ when I don't order through the website or software?
Yes. Free delivery is an exclusive offer for qualifying orders placed through the website or software. Orders placed outside the website or software are charged at the applicable standard courier rate.
How do I make changes to my shipping instructions?
We begin processing your order as soon as possible after receiving it. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us by phone as soon as possible and confirm the change by email.
What does it cost to make changes to my shipping instructions?
Changes to shipping instructions are subject to an administration fee of R150 in addition to any applicable courier costs. Courier costs are non-refundable.
How long does delivery take?
Once production is complete, door-to-door delivery generally takes 3–5 working days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5–7 working days. Regional and outlying deliveries may take longer.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?
The courier will attempt to contact you up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to . We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which will be at your cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your waybill number will be sent to you by via SMS and email. You can use the waybill number to track the progress of your delivery with the relevant courier.
Which countries are considered international?
All countries outside the borders of South Africa are considered international.
Will I have to pay import duties on international orders?
Import duties may apply when an order is delivered outside South Africa. Duties vary according to the destination country and the products ordered. Please check with the relevant authorities in your country for applicable import duties and charges.
Can I arrange my own courier or Uber collection?
Yes. You are welcome to arrange a third-party courier or Uber to collect your completed order at your own cost.
