Frequently Asked Questions
Vouchers and Promotions
Why does my voucher not work?
I get the message: “The coupon you entered might be incorrect or expired.”
The most common reason is that you’ve entered the voucher code incorrectly. You need to enter it with no spaces or spelling mistakes.
If the code is correct then the voucher may have expired. You can find the expiry date in the email containing your voucher code.
Lastly, ensure that the voucher is valid for the product you’re ordering.
Please note that a gift card is different from a voucher.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Please note that the voucher can only be applied to projects created with our P2P software.
You must upload your completed project before the voucher expiry date.
Extra pages and any optional extras will be charged at the normal rate and is exempt from the discount.
On the payment page, enter the voucher code into the “Voucher box” and click “Redeem.” The discount will then be applied to your order.
Only one voucher or promo code can be used per shopping cart.
Can I use a promotion code and pay the balance with a voucher I have?
As per our terms and conditions, you may only use one voucher or promotion code per transaction.
You won’t be able to use both at the same time.
Monthly Specials
The discount only applies to the first 20 pages of your book order.
Our monthly special discounts cannot be purchased as vouchers for later use.
Make sure you place your order (with a finished design), apply the discount code, make payment, and upload your artwork before the monthly special end date to qualify for the current promotion.
Monthly special discounts cannot be applied after an order has been uploaded.
Software
We offer two versions of the P2P software:
Online:
You can use the software directly on our website by clicking the “Create Online” button under each product. To use this platform, you must be signed into the website and be connected to the internet.
Desktop:
You can download the P2P software to your computer and work on your project offline. An Internet connection is only needed to download the software, upload your final files, and make payments. Once your project is complete, connect to the internet and follow the simple “Add to cart” instructions.
Download issues:
If you are experiencing problems with downloading the P2P desktop software, please check the following:
• Check that your antivirus settings aren’t blocking the P2P software download from our website.
• If you’re using a company computer or Internet, the proxy settings might be blocking unauthorized programs, like P2P software, from being downloaded or installed.
We can also provide you with a direct download link (via filetransfer.io). Just pop us a message and let us know if you’re using Windows or Mac.
Upload issues:
If you’re experiencing issues uploading your order, try the following:
• Ensure your Internet connection is stable and available.
• Check for updates to the P2P software. If prompted, always select “Download all” to update the entire software.
• Verify that your antivirus settings aren’t blocking the P2P software or our website from uploading: https://www.photo2print.co.za/.
• Similar to download issues, if you’re using a company computer or Internet, proxy settings may block unauthorized programs, like P2P software, from uploading files. Always ensure you have authorization to use these services.

Designing a Photobook
How do I make a book? Where do I start?
Creating a professional photo book is simple.
Register an account at www.photo2print.co.za and decide if you would like to design online or on desktop.
If you prefer using the desktop version, then you can download it here: https://photo2print.co.za/downloads/
You do have an option for the software to create the book for you (using auto-fill). Make sure you preview and edit the book before placing your order.
Can I send my pictures to you to make my book?
We do offer a design service for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote if this is something you are interested in.
However, we encourage you to create your own book using our user-friendly platform—it’s a rewarding experience you’ll be proud to share.
How many photos can I put into a photo book when using “auto-fill”?
Our online editor is flexible, allowing you to include a varying number of photos per page. If you have more photos than available picture boxes, you can simply add extra pages to your project.
What is the purpose of the green and red lines on the design page?
The red line indicates where the book will cut so it is very important that you always keep this in mind.
If you would like your design or photo to bleed off the page then drag it past the red line and off the page.
It’s best to keep important elements and text a little bit away from the red line to avoid potential issues as there is a slight variance of 1 to 2mm when cutting.
